Hello Mrs. Florida International Contestants (21-56 yrs),

I am excited to see each and every one of you at the Florida International Pageant on September 9-11, 2011 at the Sheraton Safari Hotel and Suites.

I want to share a few reminders:

1. If you have not already booked a sleeping room at the host hotel for you and your family, you may still do so by calling 407-396-1400. Please mention the Florida International Pageant for the special rate of $79.00 per night.
   
   
2. There will be a changing room connected to the Pageant Ballroom as well if you are not staying at the hotel.
   
   
3. Each contestant is allowed to bring one person in this changing room to assist with changing outfits, etc. Please limit entry to one person per contestant as the changing area space is limited.
   
   
4. The Florida International Pageant has invited National Hair and Make-up Artists for your convenience so that YOU may look and feel your best. These h/m artists have worked with Citrus Productions for many years, I am confident that you will be happy with their services. The cost is $250.00 for the entire weekend and that includes all make-up application AND hair styling for the weekend (interview, preliminary pageant and finals/crowning)! These h/m stylists provide all supplies as well. I personally can attest to their work, they will make you feel truly beautiful! It certainly is a luxury to feel pampered for the weekend by these seasoned professionals.
   
   The vendor list includes the following:

   • Tiffany Johnson of Sassyfras Designs, Modeling, and Styling Team
   • Liz Everett of Revolution Studio and Crown Consulting
   • Mona Eagle of All About “ME” Pageant Consulting

   If any of you would like to be spray tanned for the event, we are offering that service as well, call the National Office for details. These spray tan specialists attend all of my pageants throughout the year, they are truly golden. It creates a healthy glow on stage!

5. Admission Tickets for the International Pageant are $20.00 for Saturday and $25.00 for Sunday. Children tickets (ages 6–12 years) are $10.00 for each day. Children under 5 years of age are offered a free admission. You may purchase tickets at pageant check-in or at the door for your husbands, friends, and family members. Saturday’s Show is at 7:00 p.m. and the doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Sunday’s Show is at 1:00 p.m. and the doors open at 12:30.
