Three times was the charm for me and I feel so blessed to be part of
the Mrs. International family. Each year that I competed, I gained a
stronger sense of purpose, made friendships, continued to volunteer
to make a difference in my local community, and simply kept the
dream alive!
The Mrs. Florida International Title will afford me the ability to
promote greater awareness about my platform: Poly Cystic Kidney
Disease. In addition, I joined forces with Go Red for Women, which
is the American Heart Association's national call for women to take
charge of their health and live stronger, healthier lives. These two
National Causes are the main focus of my reign and it is with an
amazing conviction that I will promote and educate, and enlighten my
fellow Floridians.
I spend most of my time as a lecturer and educator of character
development for Barbizon and the International Modeling and
Talent Association which gives me the opportunityto reach out and
connect with people from all over the world. It was so amazing to
receive e-mails of well wishes from all over the world when I won

I have been married for 20 dynamic years to my forever love,
Michael whom I call Mr. Incredible because he really does look
like Mr. Incredible from the Disney movie The Incredibles. What
can I say, we are Disney Dorks from Florida! Michael and I have two
awesome children: Ashley, age 16 and Mikey, age 14. And yes they
still love Disney World! It is still a place where dreams really do
come true for our family, much like the International Family.
I look forward to a fun filled fabulous year as your Mrs. Florida
International 2010.
