Click for event photos Community in Pink 5K Race & Walk Saturday, October 9, 2010 I would like to extend my thanks to Laurel Norman, Jackie Wallach and the entire Health Central Community for giving me the opportunity to participate in this great event; I had the privilege to meet many exceptional men, women and children whose lives have been affected by Breast Cancer. Many of them are survivors and many were running or walking to honor the lives of loved ones affected by Breast Cancer. I thank them for sharing their stories with me and for giving me the opportunity to be part of this event filled with love and HOPE! I had the honor to award the trophies to the top runners for the different categories along with MC and Radio Personality "Domino" of Sunny 105.9. God blessed us on this day with a glorious day and bright blue skies; We couldn't' have asked for a more beautiful backdrop to host this event which attracted over 500 attendees! In addition to the 5K race and walk, the event featured Free Health Screening, Bounce House for the children and a variety of vendors and sponsors who made this day truly enjoyable. I congratulate Laurel Norman of Health Central and the entire staff for organizing a truly successful event.
